The SendSafely Dropzone for Zendesk Messaging integrates with Zendesk Messaging as a Conversation Extension, providing a native, mobile friendly upload experience for end users interacting with AI agents. Once implemented, users can upload files and secure messages without having to navigate away from the messenger window.
There are two components required to configure the Dropzone for Zendesk Messaging:
- Deployment and configuration of a self-hosted AWS Lambda function (Dropzone Connector) that runs within your AWS environment.
