In a portal with Actions enabled, an administrator can view all Enterprise Actions Workflows by clicking their initials in the top right corner of the screen, and selecting SendSafely Actions from the dropdown.
Actions Workflows List
From this list view, an admin can:
- click Execution Logs to view the logs for all Enterprise Actions Workflows in their portal
- click New Workflow to create a new Actions Workflow
From an individual record in this list, an admin can:
- enable or disable an Actions Workflow via the Status toggle
- edit an Actions Workflow via the Edit button
- view the execution logs for an individual Actions Workflow via the Logs button
- delete Actions Workflows by clicking the X button
Workflow Execution Logs
If you navigate to the Workflow Execution Logs from the Execution Logs button at the top of the list page, you'll see the logs for all Enterprise Actions Workflows in your portal. If you navigate to this page from an individual item in the list, your view will be filtered to the specific Workflow you selected.
In addition to filtering by Workflow Name, you can also filter this view by:
- State: Pending, Running, Complete, Error, Timeout
- Type: User, Enterprise (note that Enterprise is the only type of Workflow available at this time)
- From and To dates (in UTC)
To remove all active filters, click the Clear Filters button.
To replay an Actions Workflow run in a failed state (Error or Timeout), hover over the run in the list and click the checkbox that appears on the lefthand side of its record, then click Replay Selected.
You can replay up to 50 failed Actions Workflows at once. To select all runs in the visible list, click the Select All checkbox.
To view the logs for an Actions Workflow run in detail, click the > button. From the details page that appears, you can view the Runner ID, Start Time, End Time, and Identity for the run, as well as its Execution Details and Event Payload.
