Using Service Accounts for Enterprise Actions Workflows

SendSafely recommends that no-login Service Accounts own enterprise Workflows instead of individual employee accounts. Using a No-login service account provides the following benefits:

• Eliminates impact of employee movement/termination on production processes
• Limits account access to Administrators only

• Prevents 'Delivery Notifications' from being emailed to senders when automated actions such as document archival or DLP scanning require file download (see screenshot below).
