This article describes the technical limits associated with various SendSafely plans and features.
Per Transfer Limits
The following limits are applied to each file transfer/package. These limits do not apply to Workspaces (Workspace limits are listed separately below).

1 File expiration can be waived if using your own AWS S3 bucket for file storage.

7 The integration allows files up to 100 GB in size, however they must be downloaded from the SendSafely Portal instead of through the native integration sidebar app.
Contact Group Limits
The following limits are applied to Contact Groups.

Rate limits have been implemented to protect our service from issues that may arise when a single user generates too much traffic. A standard rate limit of 5000 requests over a 5 minute period is applied to all SendSafely user accounts. When the rate limit is exceeded, our servers will return an HTTP status code of "403 Forbidden".
Once the rate limit is triggered, you will continue to receive a "403 Forbidden" response until the number of requests drops below the 5 minute threshold.
