This article describes the data limits for SendSafely for Business plans: Enterprise, Business and Team. The following data limits apply to all SendSafely features.
Storage and Bandwidth Limits
Organization Monthly Bandwidth: 100 GB x Number of Users
Includes all file uploads and downloads in a 30 day period. Bandwidth is measured in aggregate across all users in the organization. For example an organization with 10 users is granted 1 TB of total monthly bandwidth.
Organization Storage: 50 GB x Number of Users
Includes all active files and messages stored in the platform. Storage is measured in aggregate across all users in the organization. For example an organization with 10 users is granted 500 GB of total storage.
Rate Limits
Rate limits have been implemented to protect our service from issues that may arise when a single user generates too much traffic. A standard rate limit of 5000 requests over a 5 minute period is applied to all SendSafely user accounts. When the rate limit is exceeded, our servers will return an HTTP status code of "403 Forbidden".
Once the rate limit is triggered, you will continue to receive a "403 Forbidden" response until the number of requests drops below the 5 minute threshold. If the rate limit is exceeded for an extended period of time, an automated account lock may be placed on your account.
