This article describes the feature limits for SendSafely plans: Enterprise, Business and Team.
Transfer (Send/Request) Limits
The following limits are applied to Transfer packages (Send and Request/Personal SendSafely URL features)

1 File expiration can be waived if using your own AWS S3 bucket for file storage.
2 For downloading files larger that 4 GB we recommend using the Chrome browser for best performance, and enabling SendSafely StreamSaver or SendSafely FileSaver for optimal performance.
3 Total number of transfer packages that can be sent or received by each individual user in a 30 day period.
Workspaces Limits
The following Workspace limits are applied to each SendSafely user

4 Workspace file size limits can be waived if using your own AWS S3 bucket for file storage.
5 The Files per Folder limit applies to all folders, including the Home folder. File versions (indicated by a "v" badge below the file name) also count towards the Files per Folder limit. This limit does NOT include file counts in any sub folders.
Dropzone Limits
The following limits apply to SendSafely Dropzones

Platform Integrations
The following file size limits apply to our third party app integrations

6 The integration allows files up to 100 GB in size, however they must be downloaded from the SendSafely Portal instead of through the native integration sidebar app.
Contact Group Limits
The following limits are applied to Contact Groups. Limits apply to individual Contact Groups configured by each user, as well as Enterprise Contact Groups configured by Portal Administrators.
