This article describes the limits for the SendSafely Plans for Individuals (Free, Basic & Pro) as well as the limits on the 2 week Pro Trial plan.
Per Transfer Limits
The following limits are applied to each file transfer/package.

1 Total number of packages that can be sent or received by each user in a 30 day period.

3 For downloading files larger that 4 GB we recommend using the Chrome browser for best performance, and enabling SendSafely StreamSaver or SendSafely FileSaver for optimal performance.
