Bypass Save and Print Restrictions for Dropzone Owners

Dropzone Owners can make their Dropzone "view only" by turning on the Restrict File Save and Print feature on the Dropzone profile. When enabled, all PDF and image files uploaded to that Dropzone are automatically restricted from download by Dropzone Recipients. For more information on enabling this feature see here.

Dropzone Owners and Admins who are also Dropzone recipients can temporarily bypass File Save and Print restrictions on individual uploads without impacting other Dropzone uploads or recipients. This temporary bypass applies only to that authorized individual and for that browser session only. The bypass allows the files in the uploaded package to be downloaded or printed.

The bypass feature is available under a three dot menu in the top right hand corner of the receive screen. The three dot option is only visible to the Dropzone Owner and Admins.

Clicking on the bypass menu option launches a confirmation modal, as shown below.

After the user clicks "continue" the page refreshes, with the download option exposed.
